We want you to love your VEERA piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

•⁠  ⁠Proof of purchase is provided.

Please note:•⁠  ⁠For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
•⁠  ⁠Custom-made or engraved items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

•⁠  ⁠Our team will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
•⁠  ⁠Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your refund or process your exchange.

Refunds :

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
