Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns
A return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your product.
You must provide photos or a video of the item to support your return request.
A written description explaining the reason for return should be included when sending the goods back.
Return Conditions
• Store Credit: Because all VEERA pieces are made to order, we issue store credit only for returns
• If the product arrives broken or damaged. In such cases, we offer a free repair or polish, and you can ship the item back to us. (Please note: shipping charges are not covered)
Exceptions: A full refund may be approved in the following case:
• The product does not match the picture or description provided.
• Gifting Items: If you informed us in advance that the item is a gift and provided the delivery date needed, we will share with you the agreed manufacturing timeline, shipping date, and estimated delivery time. If we fail to ship the item on the promised date, you are eligible to return the product for a full refund instead of store credit. (Return shipping charges remain the responsibility of the customer.)
Exchanges
• If you prefer not to receive store credit and simply do not wish to keep the product, you may exchange it for another piece of equal value.
• The original product must be returned to us before the exchange is processed.
Inspection & Approval
Once your return is received, our team will carefully inspect the item.
Approval or denial of the return will be based on our inspection results.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
